After using my plate calorie tracker I can say that it is perfect for anyone looking to lose weight or even improve their eating habits like I badly needed to do. The application won’t tell you what you should and shouldn’t do, however it will show you what you are doing and suggest your daily calorie intake for you to follow. However, you are in total control of the application so there is no point in lying about what you have eaten or what exercise you have done.

The search fields are easy to use for both the foods you’re looking for as well as the exercise you’re doing.
